Do my children need an account to open a memory?
No. A delivered memory opens from its private link in a browser.
Can I change a delivery moment?
You can change a draft or scheduled delivery before it is sent. The content of a sealed memory cannot be edited after it is kept.
What happens if I stop paying?
A scheduled delivery still goes out on its day. You can review your plan and export your data in Settings.
Does an unanswered check-in release my memories?
No. TrueKin reminds you and then asks your guardians to check in. Passing-related content is released only after a guardian confirms your passing.
Can I add someone outside my family tree?
Yes. Add friends, godparents or mentors to My Circle, then choose them when you create a delivery.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Request an export from Settings, then download it when it is ready.
