Sign in and delete your account →The 30 days
Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then nothing is removed, and you can keep your account by signing in and choosing Keep my account.
If you pay for a plan, it is canceled when you ask. Check-ins pause, so your guardians are never asked about you. If you chose to cancel scheduled memories, none are sent.
We email you the date when you ask, and again when your account has been deleted.
What is deleted on that day
Everything you kept: memories, photos, videos, voice notes and writing.
Your For My Family items, the people you write to, your co-writers and your milestones.
Family members you added, unless they joined TrueKin themselves or are still due to receive something you kept.
Your passkeys and the phones registered for notifications.
Your email address, password, mobile number, photo, bio, two-step verification and guardian details.
You are signed out everywhere, and the account can never be signed in to again.
What is kept
Memories someone has already received stay with them.
If you chose to, memories you scheduled still arrive on their date.
To open those, we keep your name and your account’s encryption keys. Nothing else.
Final messages are never released by deleting an account. They are canceled.
Before you go
You can download everything first: Settings, Export & data, Download everything.
